These Terms and Policies ("Terms") govern your use of the Infozerv promoter mobile application. By registering or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• The app is intended for authorized promoters only. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate promoter accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or platform rules.

• You may use the app to view campaigns, submit proof of work, manage orders, track revenue, and maintain bank details for payouts as permitted by Infozerv.
• You must not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with system integrity, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Content you submit (images, text, and other materials) must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.

• Campaign rules, eligibility, and commission structures are defined by Infozerv and may change without prior notice where permitted.
• Submissions are subject to review and approval. False or misleading submissions may result in rejection, forfeiture of rewards, or account action.

• Orders created through the app must comply with Infozerv business policies. Pricing, commissions, and payout schedules are determined by Infozerv.
• Bank account information you provide must be accurate and belong to you or an entity you are authorized to represent.
• Infozerv is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details or third-party payment systems.

• The app may send push notifications and local alarms you configure. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
• Infozerv is not liable for missed notifications due to device settings, connectivity, or battery optimization.

The Infozerv name, logo, app design, and content are owned by Infozerv or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Infozerv shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

• You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time through Profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or conduct harmful to Infozerv or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by law.
